For orders destined for Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we commit to shipping all orders placed before 4 pm from Monday to Thursday and before 3 pm on Friday on the same day. For orders destined for the EU, shipping is also done the same day for all orders placed before noon. In both cases, it is not excluded that we might ship orders placed a little later the same day. However, our guaranteed shipping schedules are as mentioned above.

Note that some of the products listed on DrySiftEU.com contain up to 1% THC, as current Swiss legislation permits. However, this is higher than the 0.3% THC allowed in the EU, the UK, and other countries. We ask you to ensure that all the products in your order comply with your country’s laws. DrySiftEU.com is not responsible for confiscation by local authorities and customs of packages containing non-compliant items. DrySiftEU.com also offers no financial compensation in such cases or in the case of a fine or financial penalty given to the person for ordering non-compliant items.
Currently, we offer only one delivery option for Switzerland: Next-day A-mail delivery (if it’s a business day). For the European Union: Standard delivery in 2 to 5 days, depending on the country. The shipping provider varies depending on the destination country, but we ensure it’s reliable and reputable to guarantee safe delivery.
We only accept PayPal and Crypto Currency payments
For Switzerland: Given the speed of our delivery service, which guarantees arrival the next day for most orders, a tracking number is usually not provided for orders in Switzerland. For the EU: All our packages destined for the European Union come with a tracking number. You will receive this number by email within 24 hours after validating your order, allowing you to track your package in real time.
For Switzerland: We offer FREE A-mail delivery service for all orders amounting to 300€ or higher. For orders below 300€, a participation fee for preparation, packaging, and shipping is requested, amounting to 10€. For the EU: Delivery fees vary depending on your country’s zone. We invite you to refer to the information provided in the “Overview of DrySiftEU.com’s delivery times and conditions by zone in Europe” section earlier on this page. However, good news! We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders amounting to 169€ or higher. For orders below 169€, a participation fee for preparation, packaging, and shipping is requested, amounting to 9€.
Good news! International orders will no longer experience customs-related delays. Why? Because we’ve optimized our logistics process: now, all international packages are shipped directly from our warehouse in Europe. This means there will no longer be a customs check after the order has been shipped. Our products are already cleared before arriving at the warehouse. So, you can await your order with peace of mind, knowing it will reach you without unexpected delays.
Yes, it’s possible as long as you contact us promptly. If your package isn’t yet being prepared, we can adjust the address without a problem. However, if the package has already been sent to the wrong address, we must wait for its return to our warehouse before we can resend it or issue a refund.

At DrySiftEU.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product doesn’t match what you ordered due to a preparation error, we obviously cover the return. In all other cases, we happily accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Only the return costs are at your expense.
